Ingredients:Eclipta alba (Bhringaraj leaf), Withania somnifera (Ashwagandha root) 10%, Operculina turpethum (Trivrit root), Aegle marmelos (Bilva fruit), Azadirachta indica (Neem leaf) 7%, Foeniculum vulgare (Fennel seeds) 7% , Emblica officinalis (Amalaki fruit) 7%, Coriandrum Sativum (Coriander seed), Tinospora Cordifolia (Guduchi bark), Centella Asiatica (Gotu Kola leaf), Cumin seeds, Licorice root, Cloves, Cyperus rotundus (Musta grass), Terminalia chebula (Haritaki fruit), Terminalia belerica (Bibhitaki fruit), Ginger, Black pepper, Long pepper, Cinnamon and Cardamom.
Dosage - powder: Mix 1 teaspoon of Pitta Classic with approx. 50 ml of hot (boiled) water. Take after meals 1-2 times a day. This packet lasts for approx. 1 month (30 teaspoons). For extra support take your herbs with Ghee (clarified butter). Read more here.
How long should I take my herbs: Take your herbs 2 times per day after breakfast and after lunch or supper for the first 1-3 months. Then we recommend once a day - preferably after breakfast.
Important: Should be stored at room temperature. Dietary supplements should not be used as an alternative to a varied diet. The recommended daily dose should not be exceeded. Not during pregnancy. Keep out of reach of children.
