The capsule is vegetable and contains hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (cellulose from pine or poplar) and water.
Dosage - powder: Mix 1 teaspoon of Pitta All in One with approx. 50 ml of hot (boiled) water. Take after meals 1-2 times a day. The smaller bag of 80 g lasts for approx. 1 month (30 teaspoons) and the larger bag of 140 g lasts for approx. 1-2 months (50 teaspoons). For extra support please eat your herbs with extra Ghee, read more here. NOTE! Always use a clean and dry spoon and seal the bag well.
Dosage - capsules: 4 capsules after a meal 1-2 times a day. Take the capsules with a little hot (boiled) water. This pack lasts about 1 month (100 capsules).
How long should I take my herbs: Take your herbs 2 times a day after breakfast and after lunch or supper for the first 1-3 months. Then we recommend once a day - preferable after breakfast.
The difference between powders and capsules: It is faster for the body to absorb powders and you also get more herbs for the money. But sometimes it can be good to take herbs in capsules as well, for example, if you have difficulty with flavours or when travelling or if you just want a little variety.
Important: Should be stored at room temperature. May contain traces of milk protein and lactose. Dietary supplements should not be used as an alternative to a varied diet. The recommended daily dose should not be exceeded. Not during pregnancy. Keep out of the reach of children.
