Ingredients: The three fruits of Triphala (Emblica officinalis, Amalaki fruit 9%, Terminalia belerica, Bibhitaki fruit 9%, Terminalia chebula, Haritaki fruit 9%), Withania somnifera (Ashwagandha root) 8%, Operculina turpethum (Trivrit root ), Zingiber officinale (Ginger root) 7%, Moringa oleifera (Moringa/Horseradish tree), Eclipta alba (Bhringaraj- leaf), Foeniculum vulgare (Fennel seeds), Cuminum cyminum (Cumin seeds), Piper nigrum (Black pepper), Piper longum (Long pepper), Tinospora Cordifolia (Guduchi bark), Coriandrum Sativum (Coriander seeds), Glycyrrhiza glabra (Licorice root), Centella Asiatica (Gotu Kola leaves), Turmeric, Cloves, Cyperus rotundus (Musta grass), Cardamom and Ferula asafoetida (Hing).
Dosage - powder: Mix 1 teaspoon of Vata Classic with approx. 50 ml of hot (boiled) water. Take after meals 1-2 times a day. This packet lasts for approx. 1 month (30 teaspoons). For extra support take your herbs with Ghee (clarified butter). Read more here.
How long should I take my herbs: Take your herbs 2 times per day after breakfast and after lunch or supper for the first 1-3 months. Then we recommend once a day - preferably after breakfast.
Important: Should be stored at room temperature. Dietary supplements should not be used as an alternative to a varied diet. The recommended daily dose should not be exceeded. Not during pregnancy. Keep out of reach of children.
